Biography

Julia Feng brings over two decades of experience in leadership development, executive coaching, and organizational transformation across China, the Philippines, and the broader international business community. She has worked extensively with senior leaders, multinational companies, and cross-functional teams, helping them build the adaptive capacity, strategic agility, and human-centered leadership required to navigate complexity and change.

Her professional background combines executive coaching, facilitation, learning design, and organizational development. Over the years, she has supported leaders and organizations through change initiatives, leadership transitions, negotiation and influence programs, emotional intelligence development, and culture-sensitive learning interventions. Her work has included collaborations with internationally recognized institutions and leadership organizations, as well as clients across sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, energy, consumer goods, and professional services. Clients are Shell, GSK, Novartis, Merck, Coca Cola, Garrett Motion, Ford, etc.

Julia’s cross-cultural perspective is a defining strength. Having lived and worked across major business centers in China and later established deep roots in the Philippines, she brings a rare ability to bridge Eastern and Western perspectives with empathy, clarity, and practical insight.
