Biography

Attorney Tian Yu (Lydia) is a PRC-qualified lawyer specializing in cross-border legal advisory, overseas corporate structuring, and civil and commercial litigation. Since beginning legal practice in 2020, she has developed experience supporting Chinese enterprises in both domestic dispute resolution and international expansion projects.

Her litigation practice focuses on civil and commercial matters, including corporate labor disputes, shareholder conflicts, lending and financial disputes, and personal injury cases. She has participated in and managed more than 100 legal cases, gaining substantial courtroom and dispute-resolution experience.

In the cross-border and non-litigation sector, Lydia advises Chinese companies on overseas market entry and international corporate structuring. Her expertise includes offshore company incorporation and compliance in jurisdictions such as the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands (BVI), and Hong Kong, as well as ODI filings, foreign exchange compliance, offshore financing structures, and IPO preparation. She has contributed to multiple overseas listing projects, red-chip restructuring transactions, and USD fund management initiatives for established enterprises and investment groups.
