Lucas has more than 20 years of professional experience in pharmaceutical and food industry equipment manufacturing. Since 2003, he has been involved in the research, development, manufacturing, and technical service of industrial equipment, with practical expertise in equipment design, process optimization, production management, and customer technical support.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Manufacturing and Automation and a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese, giving him both technical depth and cross-cultural communication ability. His background allows him to evaluate manufacturers not only from a business perspective, but also from a practical engineering and production-quality perspective.
Since 2023, Lucas has also been the founder and investor of a Philippine cultural and music-themed restaurant in Shanghai, where he oversees operations and management. This gives him direct experience in China–Philippines cultural and commercial exchange, especially in hospitality, food, and community-based business development.
